Jagannath Temple at Bangalore
Our thanks to all who have generously donated money for the construction of Jagannath Temple at Bangalore. As you know, second phase of the Jagannath Temple construction has already started with erection of the pillars upto 12.5 . While all the work related to temple are ready to progress in full swing with man and material as per Lords wish, the funds situation requires even more participation from one and all. In order to continue construction and make this long standing Oriya dream of a Jagannath temple at Bangalore come true, it is our earnest appeal again to one and all devotees of Lord Jagannath, to come forward and donate liberally for the Lords abode.
Can we appeal to you to join a mass movement program of DONATE A BRICK FOR THE LORD @ Rs. 500/ PER BRICK IN YOUR NAME for immediate action and response? Willing members can go to the temple or approach any active member of "SREE JAGANNATH TEMPLE TRUST". Receipts for the same must be demanded by the donor of the brick.
Thanking you

If its not a big deal can we put the physical address of the temple & phone number in the site. It will be good for the ppl who has never been there. Phone nummber would also suffice. Ppl can call & come to know about the location.

Sir,
I am highly impressed by your ideas of construction of Sri Sri Jagannath Temple down South in Bangalore.
Its really an opportunity to prove the old history of Oriya art and culture which is untouched by many in the country, especially in south.
I being a faculty in Dept of Tourism has already served in Bangalore and have stayed in Bangalore for 7 years, now this news has enersized my opinion on Boosting Orissa tourism unlike Tourism of Kerala.
Great work .......Congratulation.

Boosting of Orissa Tourism in the South can be termed as a remarkable event. The Building of Jagannath Temple is a great work and the Movie based on jagannath Mahaprabhu,i.e,Jay Jagannath is worth watching which has been dubed in varnacular languages.Orissa once upon a time glorified its history by spreading the Peace message of Emperor Asoka, who renounced his sword and embressed Buddhism in this land of Kalinga.
I deeply adore this land of kalinga which has highly motivated different rulers to continue their rule with soberity, and the same is expected from the people of kalinga of the present time to join hands to highlight What Kalinga/Orissa means to the world.
I wish your work to be a great success.
