About Anil Dash
www.anildash.comI actually was born and grew up outside of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania after my parents ended up there in the early 70s. (My parents were both born in India, in a state called Orissa.) As of this month, I’ll have been in New York City for 6 years, and the reason I ended up here is because there’s no other place I could be. My favorite city on earth.

hAri BoloWipro and MindTree Consulting would set up development centres only after Infocity gets SEZ status. IDCO is working on a SEZ project proposal. The Centre has so far accorded SEZ status to 140 industries in the country. It hinges on the State Government obtaining special economic zone (SEZ) status for Infocity. Sources said the government had announced submitting a proposal to the Ministry of Commerce for according special economic zone (SEZ) status to Infocity housing several IT companies. But the delay in doing so has been resented by some IT majors. In the IT sector, only one proposal has been approved in the eastern zone for West Bengal. http://www.newindpress.com/NewsItems.asp?ID=IEQ20060420003433&Page=Q&Title=ORISSA&Topic=0&
